Hi, I’m Chef Cristina Varghese , a culinary graduate from Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, Manipal (2024), with a deep passion for creating desserts that don’t just taste indulgent but feel good too.
In a world full of processed choices, my vision is simple: to redefine desserts by blending indulgence with mindful nutrition. Through Olive Patisserie, I aim to make premium, beautifully crafted desserts accessible across Mumbai without the guilt.
